- For over 8 years, directly impacted, mentored, trained & developed the future generation of Army leaders
- Successfully transitioned from 30+ years of active-duty military service into the civilian sector, becoming the Vice President & Chief of Staff for a premier private investment firm with for-profit, not-for-profit, community support and philanthropic functions. Later selected to serve as a senior civilian advisor in the Department of the Army supporting professionalism, ethical conduct, and character development. In August 2019, founded “GOLD Enterprises & Solutions, LLC” to provide experienced consulting services for Leader and Staff Development; Organizational Effectiveness and Efficiency; Strategic Planning; and Systems Improvement.
